During this month you will have an opportunity to meet your child’s teacher. Meetings will be held on Wednesday 21st November and Thursday 22nd November from 2.30 pm. No appointments will be scheduled outside of these times. School will finish at 2.15 pm on both days. There will be no after-school activities on either day.
Out of courtesy to all teachers and parents, we ask you to make arrangements to have children/toddlers/babies minded while you attend the meeting. Children cannot be accommodated anywhere on the school premises during the meeting times as they distract the meaningful interaction between all parents and teachers. All mobile phones must be switched off during the meetings.
If your child attends Learning Support, the Learning Support Teachers will be available on the same day.
To facilitate ease of allocating appointments, we are using an online system for the booking of parent/teacher meetings again this year. The following link should be used to access this system and register your details:

Once your registration is complete, simply choose your child’s teacher from the drop down list and pick the day and time that is convenient for you. Meetings are 10 minutes each and operate on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Your meeting will be confirmed by email. Please do not swap your appointment time with any other parent once it has been booked. If you need to rearrange a time, please log in again and make the change. Your appointment will then be released and can be taken by another parent.
For parents who have more than one child in the school, the process should be repeated for each child and this will assist you in scheduling all your meetings on the same day. However, as delays between meetings are often unavoidable, please allow yourself adequate time between meetings when making your bookings.
The booking system is now live and the last day to make or change a booking is 2:00 pm on Friday 16th November.
