We are delighted to welcome you to our school website, and to share our news and information with you. Carysfort National School is a co-educational primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Archdiocese of Dublin.
The school was established by the Sisters of Mercy in 1895 and is situated on Convent Road, off Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock. It borders the grounds of the UCD Smurfit Business School.
As a staff we aim to provide a safe, caring and stimulating learning environment for our pupils and we welcome families of all nationalities and religious beliefs.
The school is Roman Catholic and subscribes to the following Mission Statement upon which all school activities are based:
